Whole & halves $3.89 per pound; & quarters $3.99 per pound based on hanging weight.  Price includes processing.  Extra costs would be:  steaks packaged singular, patties, tenderized round steak, & boneless steaks.  There is not extra cost for stew meat or chili ground.

Average whole beef hanging weight is 600 lbs..  Total hang weight can vary 100 lbs. either way.

On a "split quarter"  (half of front quarter & half of rear quarter) you receive approx. 120 lbs. of actual cutup & packaged meat.

Orders require a deposit of a $100 per quarter at time of ordering.  Please email or call for further info.

Or (2) quarters weighing 142.5lbs each at a cost of $540.75 + $2.13 extra for boneless sirloins and tenderized round steak.  Includes stew meat.

Pork Chops  $6.95 per pound:  2 chops per packages, 1 inch thick.

St. Louis Ribs  $5.45 per pound:  A full slab per package.

Country Style Ribs  $5.95 per pound:  Shoulder roast cut into meaty strips. 

*Smoked Hams  $6.50 per pound:  wood smoked only, around 5 pounds.

*Breakfast Sausage  $5.75 per pound: Mild & Hot, No MSG, Nitrites, Nitrates

Breakfast Links $6.25 per pound: Mild, around half pound packages

Italian Sausage Bulk  $6.75 per pound:  Great for pizza and spaghetti.  No sugar,  MSG,   NITRATES, or NITRITES

*Italian Sausage Links  $7.75 per pound:  Same as bulk in a natural dinner casing.
