Standing Rib Roasts are also available. They are 3 ribbed and weigh around 5.5 pounds. They are $12.29 a pound.

Due to the drought, there may not be any custom beef available this year. Check back in April.
Whole & halves $3.89 per pound; & quarters $3.99 per pound based on hanging weight. Price includes processing. Extra costs would be: steaks packaged singular, patties, tenderized round steak, & boneless steaks. There is not extra cost for stew meat or chili ground.
Average whole beef hanging weight is 600 lbs.. Total hang weight can vary 100 lbs. either way.
On a "split quarter" (half of front quarter & half of rear quarter) you receive approx. 120 lbs. of actual cutup & packaged meat.
Orders require a deposit of a $100 per quarter at time of ordering. Please email or call for further info.
